Deb Snyder purchased the company in 2001 taking over full ownership and responsibility for the day to day  operations of the company.

Chris Behnke is our Plant Manager and Director of Operations. He is the "go to guy" to get things done. Chris' abilities include experience setting up and operating many of the machines in the shop. With his strong CAD Drawing background he has a real sense of all aspects of production from beginning with a controlled plan of operation for each part we manufacture through the entire process required to get parts out the shipping door.

Building on a strong past with abilities in threading, turning and machining of hardened and ground bushings she has worked to improve our skills and expand our abilities.

Purchasing new equipment, providing training for employees and improving the work place to provide all of our customers with 1st in class quality that you can count on.

A-1 is a versatile machine shop with 59 yeas of experience. We have the equipment and the ability to do a variety of machining. Below is a list of our current equipment used for production.
