65,000 sq ft facility gives us room to make several sizes
and configurations of bushings simultaneously. We
continually upgrade our equipment and processes to ensure quality bushings at
the best possible prices.
Grooves, cross holes, tapped, threaded, A-1 Production has the equipment to fill those special needs to fit your application.
We can machine bushings from 1018, 1020, 1026, ST52.3, stainless, bronze aluminum or brass, tube or solid stock. We are experienced at working with many alloys including TG&P Stock. Using approved sources we can have the parts plated, painted, anodized and/or heat treated before they reach your dock.
Bushings can be bulk packed, stacked, or individually wrapped to fit your needs.
We presently produce over
800 different sized specialty bushings ranging from 5/8"
OD to 5" OD and up to 6" in length. All parts are manufactured to our
customers print and specifications. The configurations range from the simple
straight bushing to internal spiral grooves, drilled holes and notches. A-1
Production has the ability to make hardened and ground shoulder bushings and to
drill & tap cross holes for lubrication in your assembly. We also machine
hardened and ground end caps
to hold pin placements from solid bar stock. Our processes developed over years
of experience make our bushings dependable in their application and less
expensive to purchase.
To keep competitive and ensure material availability we work closely with our warehouse supplier using forecasted orders from our customers. By selecting the proper range of sizes we are able to lower the material costs per part helping to reduce the price you pay.
