At A-1 Production we manufacture fittings from bar or tube stock in many
configurations to your exact print specifications. We are experienced in
machining heat treated alloy steel, stainless steel, monel, aluminum, bronze and
castings of stainless steel and gray iron.
Our
CNC turning department is capable of handling a variety of configurations: square,
round, solids, tubing, castings and forgings. A-1 Production has been running CNC Machines since the late 1970's.
We continue to upgrade our equipment to keep up with ever changing technology. A
part of this upgrade has been the addition of CNC turning machines with live
tooling for machining of more complex parts.
For many years A-1 Production has been a certified supplier of marine and military fittings machining Monel to make nipples, adapters and sockets.
