We know you as a customer count on receiving good parts with
every delivery to use in your application. A-1 Production began our
journey to ISO Certification in 1997 to the 1994 Standard. We
have continued to grow and advance to the ISO 9001:2000
Certification.
We are
reaching for new goals as a part of our continuous improvement
process. A-1 Production is working to add AS 9100 Certification
to our qualifications to do business with more customers.
It is a commitment we continue to pursue. Knowing the
importance of a strong quality system we have kept pace with the
changes in quality requirements. In 2007 we were awarded our 3
year renewal to the ISO9001:2000 Standard.
We take our quality very seriously. From the start of our quotation for your part to the final
step of shipping we are looking for ways to reduce the costs
while not sacrificing the integrity of the finished product.
We have established our goals for 2009
They are reviewed each year and changed as needed
to ensure we keep working towards continual improvement.
